If your attendees are unable to see or hear you during a live webinar, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve these issues quickly. This help article provides instructions to help you ensure a smooth streaming experience.

Step 1: Verify Microphone and Camera Setup
Step 2: Close Conflicting Apps and Reset the Webinar
Click on the three dots > Video & Audio Settings from the bottom side of the studio.

On the Configure Studio Settings, click the Reset Webinar button.

The page will briefly reload, then the same settings window will appear. Click Enter Studio, and you will be reconnected.
Step 3: Check Browser Permissions
Step 4: Restart Browser or Switch to Another
Note: This may temporarily disconnect you from the webinar. There is a 5-minute grace period that allows you to disconnect and return to the webinar before it automatically ends. Be sure that any other tab/window you have is closed before entering the webinar Studio in another browser.
