Automatic recording, replays, Teachable, and you:

WebinarNinja automatically records live webinars, so you can use the replays in any way you want -- including sharing them on other platforms like Teachable.

The recording starts when you click Start Broadcast and ends when you click Stop Broadcast, or after 2 hours have elapsed -- whichever happens first.

While live webinars may go on longer, the recording is limited to 2 hours. After that, the webinar becomes like Vegas: what happens there stays there.

But before you can use your video on Teachable, you'll have to download it.

It may take up to 60 minutes for your webinar replay to process before it becomes available for you to view and/or download.

Downloading webinar replays

  1. Click My Webinars from the left menu.

2. Click Past Webinars from the top.

Step 3: Find the webinar you want to download.

For live webinars, click Options (to the right of the webinar title), then click Download Replay to save in your computer.

For live webinars in a series, each webinar recording can be downloaded individually. Click Show All to the right of the webinar title to see each webinar in the series.

Click the options icon to the right of the webinar you want to download, then click Download Replay.

The download will immediately start. You may be asked where you want it saved.

Using webinar replays on Teachable

A downloaded webinar replay can be used on your Teachable school. But first, you will need to upload the video to Vizia. Vizia only supports videos from YouTube and/or Wistia, so you'll need to check out these guides below:

If you have questions about using videos on Teachable, you can reach out to their support team here.
