An automated webinar, also known as an evergreen webinar, is set up to be watched immediately after registration or to automatically run on its own at specified dates and times. You can use a YouTube video, upload your own, or select from your past live webinars.
Automated webinars can be scheduled to run at certain times of the day or on certain days of the week.
They can also be accessed anytime and you can specify when it closes.
Use a YouTube video, upload your own, or select from one of your past live webinars.
Place a YouTube URL (make sure it's unlisted or public, not private) or upload a video (.mp4 or .mov up to 2 GB) from your computer.
You are not required to be online for this webinar as there is no live chat for your attendees. Instead, they can send you an email from the webinar page on the questions area right underneath the video for any comments and/or questions.
If you want to run a webinar that allows your registrants to watch it right after signing up, you can create an on-demand webinar.
If you want to run a pre-recorded webinar that runs on its own at specified dates and times, you can create a recurring automated webinar instead.
