Where does WebinarNinja store its data?

Our infrastructure is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) who take security and compliance very seriously. Our services are hosted in AWS' US East region.

Is Amazon Web Services GDPR compliant?

Yes. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is GDPR compliant. AWS GDPR DPA which will apply automatically from May 25, 2018, whenever we at WebinarNinja  use AWS services to process personal data under the GDPR. The AWS GDPR DPA also includes EU Model Clauses, which were approved by the European Union (EU) data protection authorities, known as the Article 29 Working Party.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If your organization requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), you can contact us at privacy@webinarninja.com or directly download our signed agreement here.

We are unable to review or sign DPAs provided by our customers. Additionally, we aren't able to modify or customize our DPA on a case-by-base basis.

Once you complete the form with your signed copy of our DPA, the addendum will become legally binding.
