Step 1: Click Account Settings on the left menu.
Click Pricing Plan.
Step 2: Scroll down the page and click Cancel Subscription.
Step 3: Click Delete Account.
Step 4: On the next page, there will be more information on what happens next.
Choose a reason for leaving. This will help us with future improvements.
Some resources will be shown for your consideration.
Step 5: Add some feedback.
Step 6: Click Delete my account.
You'll see a confirmation that your account will be deleted at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you still have access to app functionalities.
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any webinar data and it cannot be recovered.
