After creating and publishing your webinar, you can invite people and have them register for it to become attendees. If you chose to make your webinar public, it will be shown in our Webinar Finder and your subscribers will also be notified.
Be sure that your webinar is published before inviting registrants.
Sharing the registration link to your webinar
Step 1: Click My Webinars on the left menu.
Step 2: Find the webinar to which you want to invite people. Click Share underneath the webinar title.
Step 3: Click Copy Link to manually share the registration page link to your webinar...
...or simply click on one of the social media sharing buttons. The information about your webinar is propagated automatically.
Registering for the webinar
Your registration page shows the date and time in the timezone and format specified in your account. But people can convert it to their own timezone with a handy link.
After people register for your webinar, they can save the date onto their preferred calendar.
They can choose from Google Calendar and Yahoo Calendar which may open another tab and prompt them to log into the web-based calendars. On the other hand, Microsoft Outlook and iCal will prompt to download and save a calendar file (.ics).
They will also receive the registration confirmation email with all the webinar details including their unique link to access the webinar with. To ensure the privacy and security of your webinars, there is no option to access the webinar with a direct link and bypass the registration process. Registrants can access the webinar only with their unique link.
How to share a webinar replay
A replay is automatically generated when a live webinar ends. Unless you disabled access to the replay, registration remains open to those who were unable to register at all. People can register to watch the webinar replay using the same sharing link and access it on-demand with their own unique link.

Note: If you want to give the registration a try, log out of your WebinarNinja account first and use a different email address. Otherwise, you will not be able to register as you will be recognized as the webinar host.
