6 months ago, in December 2021, we introduced our Free Plan. After thorough analysis of the pros and cons, we have decided to archive it.
Existing Free Plan users can keep the plan for as long as they like, as promised. However, the Free Plan will no longer be available for new users, and current paid plan users will no longer be able to downgrade to the Free Plan.

Our fastest replay system ever! Your webinar replay recording is ready in seconds. By the time you ask, "Is my replay ready?", it's ready.
Replay emails go out automatically. Go with our template email that goes out 2 hours after the broadcast ends or create your own have it go out minutes after.
Your replay will look exactly like your live broadcast- exact layouts, slides, and screen share.
Broadcast quality video and audio on every replay recording.
All new webinars will use this new replay system automatically.
New Add Registrants Option
Now, you can manually add registrants to your webinars - no signup required! Simply enter someone's name and email address, or bulk import a .csv file of new registrants. As soon as you've registered someone, they'll automatically receive the webinar emails, complete with instructions and links for joining the webinar.
Note: You can use this feature to bypass payment for paid webinars, giving the manually added registrants free access. Once you add a registrant from your end, the registrant can simply join the webinar using the link sent via email - no payment is necessary.
New Share Audio Option
Now, when sharing your entire screen or a browser tab with Chrome, you’ll have the option to share any audio coming from that page, using a checkbox.
When sharing your screen or presenting slides, WebinarNinja will automatically adjust the layout of your webinar to the “Presenter Left” option, placing the presenter’s image on the smaller screen to the left, while upsizing the shared screen or slides. This way, your audience gets a clear view of the information you’re presenting.
Studio Feature Labels
It's now much easier to see all the options at your fingertips from the Webinar Studio, for example, changing the screen layout. This slight redesign makes the Studio interface much more intuitive, and even easier than ever.
Updated GDPR Disclosure
Wording on our GDPR Subscriber Consent Form has been updated to comply with the latest GDPR standards regarding consent to receive emails about your webinars.
Updated Share Screen Visibility
To help you be sure of what attendees are seeing when you share your screen, we’ve made our Share Screen overlay transparent and removable.
Changing Plans & Proration Updates
Webinar Ninjas can switch between monthly and annual plans and can upgrade from monthly to annual plans.
In the event you switch plans, any applicable prorations will be visible during checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect regarding your adjusted bill.
Customize copy/buttons in any language
You can now edit the text of buttons on webinar pages (e.g. "Register for free," "Add to Calendar," etc.). You can also edit the copy on your registration pages, email reminders, Offers, Handouts, and buttons in any language, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.
Post-webinar analytics for each attendee now include watch duration and replay attendance.
Real-Time Chat Replay
During replays of your live webinars, attendees will see the chat conversation unfold exactly as it did during the live broadcast, one comment at a time. It's just like being at the first broadcast!

Co-Hosts are now Presenters
Designate a Presenter to have them speak on camera and share their screen.
As Host, you can designate any live webinar attendee as a Presenter during the webinar.
Previously, all WebinarNinja plans allowed a maximum of 3 Co-Hosts. Now, Presenter limits are as follows:
Starter Plan : 2 additional Presenters
Pro Plan : 4 additional Presenters
Plus Plan : 6 additional Presenters
Power Plan : 10 additional Presenters
Longer duration limits
Formerly, webinar durations and recordings for all plans were limited to 2 hours. Now, maximum webinar durations are as follows:
Starter Plan : 2 hours
Pro Plan : 4 hours
Plus Plan : 6 hours
Power Plan : 8 hours
You can now host webinars from mobile devices. However, you cannot share your screen from it.
Improved mobile experience for attendees
An updated layout and design improves viewing and enables easier transition between the webinar stream and Chat area.

Questions, Polls, and Offers have moved
You can toggle between the Questions, Polls, Offers, Handouts, and overall Chat tabs, all of which are located on the right side of the page.
Attendees can upvote each other’s Questions in the dedicated Questions area, highlighting the most relevant or popular.
Pin chat messages
You can now pin important chat comments, so they’re not lost in the main chat area.
Attendees can chat privately with Hosts and Presenters via the Chat window. This feature can be disabled for attendees in Studio settings.
Attendees can request to present
You can allow Attendees to request your permission to become a Presenter. Grant and revoke Presenter permissions at any time during a webinar.
Formerly, Polls were visible to attendees throughout a webinar. Now, you can set specific times for Polls to appear.
You can now customize in-webinar sales Offers with images.
It’s now possible to provide downloadable files, like PDF and Word documents, to your attendees during the webinar.
From the Host’s view, slide presentations will display such that the Host can view past and upcoming slides, in addition to the slide currently visible to the audience.
Hotkeys for presenting slides
You can now use the SPACEBAR or ARROW keys on your keyboard to move through your slide presentation during a webinar.
New layout option
You can now split the screen between your camera feed and slide presentation vertically.

Engagement and Conversion graphs. Get a clear snapshot of how engaged your audience is, with graphic representations of overall clicks and other attendee activity.
Attendee-specific duration metrics. See how long each attendee stayed after joining your webinar.
Replay viewers. See which attendees watched your webinar replay, if you made one available.
Attendee-specific Chat metrics. See which attendees participated in the Chat for each webinar.
Attendee-specific Offer metrics. See which attendees clicked on your offer, broken down separately for live and replay attendees.

Custom Registration Forms

On-site Registration Forms for Automated webinars
The on-site registration form has been improved. You can now embed registration forms for Automated webinars on your own site, make changes without re-embedding, and all forms are reCAPTCHA enabled.

We just partnered with Constant Contact to bring you a direct integration with WebinarNinja! Live video multi-streaming
We have upgraded WebinarNinja to Live Video Multi-Streaming. This means when a you stream your live broadcast we will produce several live streams and give each of your attendees the stream that best matches their internet connection quality. Without multi-streaming, your broadcast quality can be dragged down by an attendee's poor connection.
Multi-streaming is built-in and there is nothing for you to switch on. If you would like to utilize multi-streaming, just use Chrome or Firefox when you host your webinars. Multi-streaming is the latest tech in live WebRTC videos and is optimized for those browsers. On the other hand, your attendees can use any browser they like.
New auto-detect timezone magic 💫
We've now made it super simple for your registrants to know exactly when your webinar is in their local timezone.
When people visit a WebinarNinja registration page, no matter where they are in the world, they will see a handy link under the webinar date and time. Clicking the link will allow the person to immediately see the webinar/date time in their local time on the same registration page. Click here for more info.

Subscriber Consent Options (GDPR compliance)
If you're in the EU, you're probably jumping for joy that we just added this feature. Yup! We just turned that GDPR headache into a cool breeze. Now you can ask for email and marketing consent (GDPR policy) to all your registrants when they register. Best of all, once they do consent, they never see the consent page again, making all their future registrations with you seamless. The letters GDPR never looked so good on a screen! Our email notifications have been updated with an improved user experience and design. Here are just some of the highlights:
Send new emails to targeted groups like all registrants, attendees, or non-attendees only
Send emails at a specific time relative to the webinar date and time. For example, "3 days after the webinar ends" or "2 hours before the webinar starts"

When you and your attendees participate in the chat and questions, their avatar is no longer a slumped shoulder default avatar. It's colorful with the first letter of their name- making it more personal and distinct!
Detailed data now available for your polls
When you export your Polls CSV file from the Statistics area for your webinar, you can see not only the percentages and how many people voted for each answer, you can also now see who exactly voted for what.

Removed "Powered by WebinarNinja" from page footer
We removed the "Powered by WebinarNinja" from the bottom of your Registration and Thank You Pages for an even cleaner design.
Registration & Live Attendee Lists in the Studio
You can see who is registered or attending live at any moment. You can even click on their name to reveal email and block options. You can also easily search for registrants and attendees to find them in a second.
Save Email Text as Default for Each Webinar Type
Do you want each registration email to contain the same information without typing it for all emails? We now have a new feature that will allow you to save the content of a particular email notification as default. This means you don't need to re-write your unique email copy every time you run a webinar.

All live webinars are now available for you and your attendees! Your webinar, will look just like it did live! We let you control if the replay will be available and for how long. You can see our support tutorial here.
Your attendees can now watch a live webinar on their mobile device. Your Polls, Offers, Chat and Questions will look amazing to your attendees on their devices.
Remove Feature Webinars
You asked, we listened. We have removed Featured Webinars in attendee accounts. Attendees will only see webinars that they signed up for.
Broadcast 10 minute Failsafe
We understand that things happen - batteries die, internet connections fail, etc. You can restart your webinar for 10 minutes if you leave the webinar for any reason.
Optional Social Sharing
We added the option to remove the social sharing from your webinar page. You now have control over the social sharing option for your webinar.
Questions / Polls / Offers are Available Before and After your Webinar
You need information from your attendees, before and after the webinar. You can now share the questions / polls and offers with your attendees before, during and after the webinar, as long as they are on your webinar page.

Send / Not Send Email Notifications
You want to choose when and how to notify your customers. We now give you the option to choose if you would like a particular email notification to be sent or not sent to your registrants. You can learn more about this new feature in this helpful tutorial.
