See the list and check the total number of registrations you have gathered for your webinar by viewing its statistics.
Step 1: Click My Webinars on the left menu.
Step 2: On the next page, look for the webinar for which you want information. Click Options to the right of it then click View Statistics from the dropdown.
Step 3: On the next page, you will find the statistics for your webinar.
For automated webinars, you will need to choose from a dropdown to view the statistics for each individual webinar.
Step 4: Scroll to Registrants and attendees. Here, you'll see all the email addresses of those registered to attend your webinar. The dates under the 'Joined' column indicates when a registrant logged into your webinar (N/A for those who did not).
Step 5: Click Export To CSV to download all email addresses.
Note: After exporting, you can sort the list to separate those who joined your webinar from those who did not. To do this, open the CSV file with a spreadsheet app then sort the 'Joined' column. Those who attended the webinar will be shown with a date and time under the 'Joined' column.
