Translate Webinar Assets Into Other Languages

Translate your webinar Registration page, Thank You page, and email notifications into other languages.

Updated over a week ago

The landing pages and email notifications of your webinars are in English by default— but they can be modified to suit your preference.

While there is currently no option to localize all webinar assets at once, you do have the option to edit the registration page, thank you page, and email notifications of your webinars.

You also have the option to use your own registration page or thank you page.

Editing the Registration page and Thank You page:

You can change the following text areas in your Registration page and Thank You page into your preferred language:

  • headline

  • webinar title

  • bullet points section (not available on the Minimal template)

  • about host section (not available on the Minimal template)

  • testimonials section (only available on the Neat template)

The rest are static and may not be modified.

Here are complete guides for your reference:

Embedding a registration form onto your website

The registration form is customizable, so you can translate the button to match your website. Here's a complete guide.

Editing auto-generated email notifications

By completely modifying the auto-generated email notifications, you can help your registrants to fully understand what the webinar is about— even if some areas of WebinarNinja cannot be translated. Here's another complete guide.
