Upload Attendee Handouts

Add documents for attendees to download in a webinar

Updated over a week ago

Upload and add downloadable files to your webinar. You can have it automatically launched at a certain time or toggle it manually.

Supported handout files are *.doc, *.docx, *.key, *.pdf, *.ppt, *.pptx, *.rtf, *.xls, or *.xlsx, with a size limit of 100 MB.

To upload handouts

Step 1: Go to the webinar studio in which the live broadcast happens. In My Webinars, find your upcoming webinar and click Enter Studio to the right of the webinar title.

Step 2: Click the Handouts icon on the right side of the studio then click Create New Handout.

Step 3: Enter a title for the handout. Add a short description if you like.

Step 4: Click Add File.

From here, you can either add a new file from your own drives or select from previously uploaded files.

Step 5: Once you've selected a file, click Save.

To launch handouts

You can set it to launch automatically a certain amount time after the webinar starts. Click the clock icon under the handout title and enter when you'd like it to launch then click Update.

To launch it manually, click the toggle and it will appear live immediately.

Pro tip: Keep your polls, offers, and handouts available on the replay by toggling them on before ending a webinar. Toggling them off won't show them in the replay.

You can edit the handout by clicking the pencil icon or delete it by clicking the trash can icon under the handout title.
